She leads strategy for every client that comes through the door, bringing a mix of sharp creative direction, honest feedback, and founder-level thinking that actually drives growth. Zoe’s known for turning chaos into clarity, building high-performing content systems, and crafting scroll-stopping brand voices that actually sound like you.

Immy is one of ZJM’s creative powerhouses — building content that doesn’t just look good on the grid, but makes people want to click, save, and shop. Alongside supporting our clients with scroll-stopping visuals and day-to-day content creation, she recently launched her own natural skincare brand, Flared, as part of her final university project (yes — she built the products, brand, packaging, PR box, and a custom eczema wellness planner. No big deal.)
She gets what it means to build a brand from scratch — and brings that same founder energy into every client she works on. When she’s not designing carousels or filming B-roll in the studio, she’s probably sourcing a moodboard that’s better than yours.
